Life is nothing but sorrow blue

Filled with sorrows old and new

My heart has changed from red to blue

Desperately yearning for something new

I can’t bear this all alone

When the way down is long and cold

Please put me out of my misery soon

Or else my poor heart might burst with blue

Help for me does nothing at all

But people claim it will lead to my fall

I don’t know what else to do

I sure as hell ain’t got a clue

I don’t feel safe with the voice alone

It gives a hurt that always unfolds

The truth of the matter should be left untold 

For my sorrow is one i must battle alone

I’ve never heard of the light of day

Since this pain will always stay
