Ms. Kylie Gregor is a  junior and senior English teacher, as well as a PSAE/ACT prep. teacher  who has been teaching at Rich Central for 9 years; however, she has 12 years of teaching experience altogether.

Ms. Gregor graduated from Bowling Green University in Ohio, she spent her first three years as a teacher in Ohio before moving to Chicago.  In college she decided to follow her strengths and major in English, which was her favorite and strongest subject in high school.  Ms. Gregor enjoys the writing aspect of English more than the reading, and would even write in her free time.

As a high school student Ms. Gregor was not a big studier but always payed attention in class. Things came easy to her, but she wished that she would have studied more so she could have done better. Ms. Gregor admitted, “I wanted to be more sociable in high school, so I didn’t study as much.”

Ms. Gregor might be scared of flying but that does not stop her from traveling, and her favorite place to travel is Hawaii. “I traveled to Maui Hawaii twice,” she said, “it was beautiful.”  She also admitted that her hobby is shopping, preferably online.

Ms. Gregor’s most rewarding moment is when her students accomplish something that they thought they couldn’t.  Ms. Gregor’s most memorable moment is when she traveled to Bradley University to watch one of her former students speak at that his graduation ceremony.
