Homecoming Week 2025 was definitely one for the books here at Rich Township. With five themed days, the pep rally, and the football game, the halls were buzzing with energy, laughs, and more creative outfits than Spirit Week has seen in a while.
We started off strong with Character/Famous Celeb Day on Monday. Students pulled off some seriously impressive transformations—think superheroes, rappers, athletes, tv characters and even a few teachers got in on the fun. It was like walking through a Hollywood red carpet in between classes.
On Tuesday, things got a little darker, quite literally, with Emo Day. Black eyeliner, old band tees and all black everything made a comeback as the school looked like it was straight out of the 2000s.
White Lie Wednesday was probably the funniest day of the week. Everyone showed up in plain white T-shirts with fake confessions written across the front. Some of the best ones included “There are abs under here,” “My homework is always done on time,” and “I’m a morning person.” The creativity was off the charts and had people cracking up all day.
Thursday’s Country vs. Country Club theme gave us a real fashion showdown. Half the school looked like they were heading to Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter tour with boots and cowboy hats, while the other half looked ready for a round of golf at the country club. Let’s just say—it was a clash of cultures in the best possible way.
Finally, Friday wrapped everything up with School Spirit Day, and the hallways turned into a sea of our school colors. By the time the pep rally started, the energy was through the roof, and it carried straight into the game and the dance.
This year’s Homecoming Week wasn’t just about dressing up—it was about coming together, showing off our school pride, and proving once again that nobody does spirit like we do, because we are ONE school, ONE roar.
